A video permits you to share your conference with the rest of the world and store it for as long as you need. Participants who cannot attend it in person will be glad to know that the conference can be viewed via an audio-visual aid.
Videoprod.ch suggest the following two options :
Adobe Flash Player not installed or older than 9.0.115! 
During post-production you can integrate your visual presentation (mostly found on PowerPoint or Endnote) on the side of the screen. Videoprod.ch strongly advises this solution while using a beamer during the presentation, as the latter can result in a unoptimized video quality.
A much simpler as well as interesting solution also exists:

The speaker can be filmed with his/her visual presentation. In this case, we advise you to prepare a visual presentation with strong color contrast as it may out blurred on your video. |
